Come for a Kayak in Scarby on Saturday!!!

I am finally venturing to the other end of the peninsula to Scarborough on Saturday morning after meeting and chatting with a fellow spearfishing kayaker on Monday! I haven't been down there in months as I tend to stick to the Woody Point side of the peninsula but that's why I am enjoying kayaking with others so I can explore other regions, as I hope all you will too!
Now it won't be the best morning for tides as we have an early morning low but the earlier we get out in the bay, the better, before the wind picks up! So we have decided to meet at Cottontree Park in Scarborough at 7:30 am. The low tide is at 8:23 so hopefully this will give us a chance to hit the ebb tide. We will just meet at the car park and decide where the best place to launch is as the tide may already be too low to launch off the beach. So hope to see a few of you there!
I do apologise for the lack in updates over the holiday period as I did get a bit lazy. But I have had some really good paddles lately. Even been up the Pine River a few times!
Looking forward to catching up with a few of you and hope the weather is good! See ya then!!!
